Artist’s Rights
I, Heather Christian Iglesias, retain the copyrights to all artwork. Collectors and buyers are not granted rights to copy or reproduce in any format.
I try to depict my paintings as realistic in color and texture as possible. However, artwork may display differently on all computers and are subject to size interpretation on gallery images. My paintings may have slight imperfections or color difference that sometimes will not show on photos.
Media
All images and paintings are copyrighted and are not to be downloaded and/or uploaded to any site without express written consent from me, the artist, Heather Christian Iglesias.
If you download images to the website WITH express written consent, you should only upload images that are to demonstrate to others that the print or painting was bought from Heather Christian Iglesias.
You Must keep embedded information included. ALL watermarks and signatures must be kept visible and intact.
Buyers will sometimes be written, blogged or vlogged about in my social media accounts for soul purpose of marketing and benefit of the art of Heather Christian Iglesias.
Cancellation Terms/Returns
I do NOT allow cancellations. I do accept exchanges for equal amount of initial payment within 24 hours of payment before artwork has been packaged.
Returns are only accepted for equal amount if artwork has been damaged during transit. You must send clear photos of damage via email. After receiving package on buyers expense, you may exchange for artwork of equal value.
